If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i went to my friends house and i totaly screwed and started eating junk. but okay i only started two days before that. okay...if everyday i have 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of cheese with 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water for breakfast......for lunch, a tuna sandwhich with LIGHT mayonasse with 3 cups of water.....yogurt for a snack.....and a healthy dinner is that good? and i will add in 150 or more crunches each day or some sort of excercise such as walking situps pushups or crunches...how much should i lose in a week? should i make any changes? thankks. |
