Ht. 5'3", Wt. ? - OK, I have a problem. I haven't weighed myself for about 2 1/2 weeks. I've noticed that my stomach has gotten a little flatter, when a few months ago I had a seriously ugly pot-belly, but I still have a ways to go. Since I haven't weighed myself for so long, I'm scared that if I do weigh myself soon, I'll be disappointed and I'll have gotten all worked up for nothing. Should I just go ahead and weigh myself, or should I keep excersizing until I know my weight will be good?
