Message Replying To From Liz, Age 12 Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 153 - Okay this is me weekend: Saturday I had an energy bar for breakfast, then I went to my soccer game. After the game I had a bacon and lettuce sandwhich on wheat. Later I went swimming for 3 hrs. And for dinner I had grilled chicken, corn, and strawberries. Sunday I had a bowl of Cheerios and for lunch I had a ham sandwhich. Then I had 2 soccer games. Then for dinner I had a burger without a bun. Is that okay? What should I change? |
