it looks like im looseing weight now.. i dont know how tho but im going to try very very very hard and exersice a LOT more and stuff im 5ft 158 - 160 and my goal is 100 - 120, i hope i can do this im going to make out a exersice plan and diet plan eat healthier and more exersice like rideing my bike and running/jogging more situps crunchies pushups anything like that, well good luck everybody wish me luck! :) (WWE ROCKZ)
