Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Okay here's what I ate today (plz. don't comment on the AMOUNT becuase I am following the Weight Watcher's Point system and know how MUCH i can eat each day.) Breakfast: 3/4 cup WW whole grain cereal with 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1 cup low cal hot choc./Snack: carrots and salsa/Lunch: turkey sandwhich, yogurt w/ dried apple crunchies/Snack:1 cup potato leek soup and 7 whole grain crackers/Dinner: 1 fillet cooked perch (a fish),1/2 cup brown rice,1 cup cauiliflower, baked apple/Exercise: 30 min.I lan on doing 30 min. of yoga or pilates.
