Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184/N:168/G:160 - Hey everyone! Today I weighed myself and I was 166, I think that was just water-weight, but I'll check again on Sunday, my real weigh-in date! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat cheese toast on rye bread, pear, low cal. hot cocoa made with skim mlik/SNack: Weight Watchers mini oatmeal raisan bar, mini pretzel pack/Lunch: half turkey burger on mini sub, apple/Snack: lowfat pudding, pack of low-salt nuts and dried cranberries/Dinner: pizza, some kind of veggies, you know...the usual! Exercise: My FRILL SARGENT GYMN TEACHER! Truth be told we didn't really do as much today, and my arms were stil sore from lifiting boxes, so I was a little slow today. :0)
