Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168 - Hey guys! I got off my sluggish pleatu and am ready to share some awesome diet tips with you: 1.) Eats lots of veggie soups (not cream-based)! They fill you up and are full of nutrients (though you should watch out for extra salt). 2.)Just limiting soda to a few times a month helps SO much. Before I was practically addicted to it...now I don't miss it! 3.) Besides cardio, a great strength training exercise is yoga. It helps you feel confident, strong, and buils lean muscle. PLus, meditating is relaxing. 4.)Have a seperate space in your closet or room for exercise gear so you can get ready in s snap! 5.) Make a list of fun exercixes you can do and tape it to your door. Every day you can try something new! Hope i helped! Have fun!
