Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Yeah I'm so happy I'm back to 167!! I think it could have been my period, or too much salt...but I'm not sure, it could have been weight gain too. Anyway,i wanted to let you know that the pancakes I've been eating are ORGANIC FAT FREE WHOLE GRAIN pancakes from a mix, so they're okay, and the cheese (I buy lowfta, fat free just tastes horrible!). Ham is always that 98% fat free kind, like the kind you can buy pre-sliced...you et the picture.:0) Food today: Breakfast 2 pancakes (don't wory, I told Mom it was time to shake my meals up!), 2 slices Canadian bacon, lowsuagrloefat highcalcium hot cocoa/Snack: honey and oat granola bar/Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, grapes/Snack: pear and yogurt/Dinner: I don't know...something full of veggies. exercise: 30 min of cardio/strength traiing video.
