The best dieting tip I can ever ever ever give you is: STOP DRINKING SODA!!!!!! bThis was hard for me at first, but all I ddi waa cut out soda I drink it once in while 9like evry 2 months!) becuase I don't need it anymore. I drink lots of water or plain seltzer instead! Believe me this is the best firsts tep you can take becuase you'll feel less bloated and then you won't be putting wasted sugary, empty calories into your body. Diet sodas are worse becuase they contain more chemicals and artifical sweenters!!! oH and in case you were wondering, here's ther real truth about fats. FIrst of al, there are GOOD FATS AND BAD FATS! Polyunsaturated and monsaturated are the good kinds, they ones tht keep your body parts oiled and running smoothly. There're found in nutes, olive oils, vegetable oil, safflower oil, etc. Saturated fat is the kind that you see when a slab of steak is solid at room temp. and trans fats are due to this procss called hydronation. Both are bad beucase if you eat TOO much of them they can make you can weight and clog your arterues! SO limit them and take in plenty of god fats instead. :0) |
