Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 11 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Hey everyone! How did I do today???? Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds with cut up banana. (about 300 calories I think) Lunch: Burger only with ketchup, milk, a little salad, and like four tater- tots. (Probably 600 cals.) Dinner: Spagetti with meatballs and toast and cranberry juice. (About 600 calories.) Dessert: Probably some 1/2 the fat egg-nog ice cream (about 200 calories) Excersize:I walked a little over 11,863 steps today total which burns320.3 calories (I wore my pedometer today) and maybe some "b-b's" So, what do ya think? I have been trying to walk over 10,000 steps everyday along with maybe a little excersize if I feel like it. I know I should make schedule so I will workout regularly, and I will soon. And once I do I will post it so you can get some ideas. Thanx so much for all of your support and opinions! LOve, Linds |
