Message Replying To From Isabella13, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys when I was exercising today I invented the ten-minute move and groove challenege, since i was short on time with a lot of homework I did whatever i could in ten minutes. I did 20 kick-boxing kicks, 20 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, ten push-ups, some dance moves, 10 wieght lifting repitions, 10 stup-up crunches, and 2-3 minutes of jogging. |
