Ht. 5'3", Wt. 134 - ok all, hows this for eating( tell u later what i did for exercise) Breakfast- 3/4 cupwheetiesw/ 1/2 skim milk Lunch- salad w/ egg sunflower seeds, fat free ranch dressing and wheat crutons Dinner- idk. moms making spagetti so ill have 1/2 of whatever:) is this ok? plz leace comments and how i can do better! thanks ly!
