Ht. 5'5", Wt. 163 - Hey everyone... yeaterday I did OK, but not that great. I had a big breakfast with Breana's neighbors ( I spent the night) and skipped lunch, well kind of. I ate one plate of food with the normal stuff, like turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, greenbeans, stuff like that. But it was on one dinner-sized plate. Then for dessert, my mom and I got a plate with a sliver of pecan pie, 2 cookis, one small cake thing, a sliver of pumpkin pie, and 2 brownie bites and took little bites of everything with my Nana. Then we went to the movies and I took a SoBe life water and one handful of popcon and that is it. (By the way, I liked it, it was Flushed Away) Then my friend Beckyand I went on my treadmill for 30 minutes each, which burned about 250 calories. Then we got hungry so we had a piece of toast and half a can of soup each, which filled us up. So how do you think I did? I never really felt stuffed at all. Thanks for your opinions!
