Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - I feel really good about myself. In the past few days I've been really concious about not taking seonc portions. Not adab more gravy or a spoonful more string beans. I ask myself, Am I full and satidified? The snawer is usally yes. Then I remind myself I am nt a dishwasher. I don't need ot clean my plate, and I want the extra foodnjust for the aste. SO I stop myself. It works! Oh, and I was oober excited yesterday I bought apair of size 14 strentch skinny jeans...they look aweomse! I was never confident enough to wear them before. I feel back in control of my eating. I know I'm alreayd starting to feelbetter about myself, becuase I'm berver going to be skiny. MY goal weight (set by my doc) is 145-150lbs, so I might end up being a 8 or 10 I hope. That would rock!
