Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey all! Well today fro breakfast I had a pear, Weight Watchers muffin, and some tea iwth lowfat milk. For a snack I had a fat free frozen yogurt. FOr lunch I went out with my aunt, so I deicded to splurge (NOT BINGE!!!) and get a plate with chicken fingers and fries. I amde sure the portions were small. I decided that from now on, since i never drink soda, when I do I can aregular one. I'd rather have sugar/calories than artificial sweetners. So a good tip is to dip your fries so you won't be pouring stuff on them, and I filled up half oa glass with soda and then I had a glas fo water. Walking was like 2 hours around this big shopping center, both inside and outside. FOr dinner I'm gonna have a ematball sandwhich and light pasat salad. I didn't do that well, but I deicded it was okay to slurge. DOn't use a treat as an excuse to pig out. Just enjoy it and move on.
