Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 11 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Howdy ya'll! Here is my food today so far: Breakfast- 4 pieces bacon, rasberry yogurt (about 300 calories) Lunch- McDonalds Bacon Ranch salad, apple, and Diet Coke (about 600 calories) I have no idea what I am going to eat later,and I don't know what I will do for excersizing except for shopping with my friend. So how did I do so far? I will try and post the rest of my food and excersize later. Good luck to all of you! |
