Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - I'm at home sick today, boo, so I'm really really tiredmand my parents told me NO EXERCISE! I might sneak in a few pushups, but generally I'm taking it easy becuase anyway tomorrow we have gym and our teacher's a hard=core kick-boxing instructor! BreakfastL: 2 slices lowfat french toast with sugar free syrup, skim milk/Snack (none, I fell asleep for 3 hours!)/Lunch: lean pork sandwhich (fresh, so I know the cut is lean casue we bought it), surkraut with 1 lowfat piero (a srving is three), and a lowfat yogurt with no artificial sweetners and 25% oess sugar. I lan on having some grapes and an almond bar for a snack later on. I don't know abotu dinner but I hope it has a lot of veggies, and for sessert I'll have a baked apple with a scoop of lowfat ice cream. Sound okay? |
