Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Thanks Orcy! Well here was the rest of my day: Lunch: (we went out to a restaurant) salmon fillet, 2 small boiled potatoes, steam veggies (no butter, salt, or sauce on anything at all), water/Dinner: 2 small slices homemade wholewheat pizza (with broccoli and low fat meat on top), 2 Etenman's (sp?) butter cookies, some low fat Jell-o mold (homemade with regular Cool Whip.
