Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - My food so far today: Breakfast- Leftover mashed potatoes and ham (about 450 calories) Lunch- Salad (fat-free dressing:70 calories, spinach & lettuce: 55 calories, Grape Tomatoes: 30 calories, a pinch of cheese: 25 calories, roasted almonds: 50 calories,and ham: about 150 calories) and a diet coke. Snack- candy cane. So how do you think I did so far? I do not know what I will have for dinner but probably ham and mashed potatoes again, but maybe with some veggies. I am hungry right now so I might go fix a snack or dinner (It is 6) so good luck to you all! Love always, Lindsey
