Ht. 4'7", Wt. 129 - i am so upset! i havnt weighed myself since like two-three weeks ago and i decided i would lose atleast 5 lbs by new year. i weighed myself today and i had GAINED 5 lbs. i thought i was doing so well. i hadnt had any pop and like one cookie on x-mas. but besides that i had been having only about 1300 calories a day (including the holidays) what am i doing wrong and any eating/excercise tips to help me get back on track
