Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Thanks everyone for replying...it's awesome! Anyhow well I woke up late again today (sleeping in since i have to go back to school n Tuesday, hehe) so I had a small piece of homemade low fat lasagna (250) with a pear (100) and Jello-O sugar free pudding (60), then for a snack I had a banana, for dinner I had a bowl full of pasta fagoli (a tomato-based Italian broth with beans and pasta), some bread with olive oil and spinach. Later on I had a glass of skim milk (100), 1 slice of dark chocolate, and an Etenman's (sp??) cupcake. Today I was exhausted when I woke up because the yoga I've been doing is hard on the abs and since i was sore i skipped exercise today. I'm living out the very last of the junk, but I'm proud for getting slowly back on track for the new year! And my parents went shopping today and there was SO MUCH CRAP at the grocery stores but I was strong and had only 1 chocolate-covered strawberry. :0) Not perfect, but better.
