Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 11 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Hey everyone! I gained my weight back, but I want to lose at least 2 pounds by January 17 because that is when I go to marine biology camp for three days with most of the sixth grade. I have to wear a wet suit and stuff and I want to look a little better than I do now. I know I ccan do it! Anyways, here is my food for today... Breakfast: 1 packet oatmeal and half of a banana (about 200 calories) Lunch: Chicken in peanut sauce Lean Cuisine, and a Diet Coke (About 420 calories). Tonight I am going to Sam's Club so I will probably have a slice of cheese pizza and blot it with a small fruit tray (snack size). For excersize so far today I did vaccuming for an hour which burns 288 calories, I checked it on toneteen.com. I have also done a little bit of jumping randomly. So how do you think I did?
