Ht. 5'2", Wt. 138 - hey everyone. okay so i read that story as well and my good foods were: salads brocoli tomatoe cucumber celery carrots soup broth Nectarines plums apples oranges cantelope honeydew whole wheat pasta [fist full] sandwich- whole wheat bread and ranch dressing HALF chicken strawberries , bananas pinnapple yogurt. thats what im gonna stick to, any more suggestions? my problem: whenever i try to tell my mom i want to diet she changes the subject and the next day my house is filleddd with junk i dont understand her at all. also she wonr buy me a gym pass she says its to much money.. i need a way to get her to support me.
