Hi, i am a 12 year old child and i weigh 156 lbs.(some where around that.) I don't really get picked on at school, but i do feel over weight and i know i am. I play basketball and run hard for that, but i do have to say... i am a eater. I always say i am going to lose wieght but it never happens. Also, it could be 1 month and i would have worked really hard and all i have losed is 5-10 punds. Do u have any really good diets for a girl like me?PLEASE WRITE BACK.. ( i am 5'3 1/2)
