Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 11 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Hey evryone! I have not lost any weight so I am going to try to really hard. I made my own list like on the story so here it is... THINGS THAT I SHOULD EAT THE MOST: Lean Cuisines, Broccoli, broth based soup, salad with low-fat dressing, white meat chicken, pork, low carb tortillas, apples, bananas, cherries, pineapple, corn, green beans, carrots, peas, Propel water, Fruit2O,Water, Diet Soda, Sam's club carbonated/flavored water (basically soda with all the benefits of water,including no cals.), and grapes. EXCERSIZES I NEED TO DO REGULARLY: Jumping jacks, Lunges, squats, push-ups, walking/jogging, the show Total Body Sculpt with Gilad, the show All Star Workouts, The show Daily Workout, the show Fit and Light, ab workouts, the book Toning for Teens, and more! I think it will be pretty easy because I already know I like these foods and these workouts. By the way, Total Body Sculpt With Gilad and All Star Workouts are on FitTV if you have that channel and the other two shows are on Lifetime. I TiVo them so I do not know what time they are on, sorry! Oh, and next week I only have to go to school on Teusday! Mon. is MLK Day and Wed.-Fri. is Camp Cimi!
