Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - heyy again its Lizzie last month i lost ten pounds and this month i lost 7 so far. my trick is this smartwater stuff. i dont know how but when i drink it i remeber my goal. ive also been exersizing alot more its good cause when you exercise you dont think about food. well im making great progress but my scedual has been soo busy i cant really fit in normal meals. i usually have 6 games a week they are 2 hours long and they start at 4 when i get home i have basketball practice then i have to make my own dinner which sucks because i suck at cooking so i usually end up having jello i made the night before. well bye and give me some cooking tips!!!
