Ht. 5'7", Wt. 220 - ok now i have huge motivation there is thing called the biggest loser contest at the ymca where i workout and that starts today so brian for the biggest loser season 3 said to me if my team of 3 teens comes in at least 5 th place he will come all the way from california to connecticut to see my and my mommy swo todays diet so far breakfast 1 cup of special k with skim milk lunch roastbeef and cheese wrap on a sundried peper wrap the wrap was 90 cals with a propel a peach and a 100 cal pack of smartfood popcorn snack a peach and a 100 cal yogurt how did i do so far today plus i am going to workout tonight for at least two hours i am so totally pumped i am gonna loose these 40 lbs i am gonna do this to add to my total of 80 lbs need ne help email me or im me at www.myspace.com/ilovesummer189 or sportykirsta189@aol.com bye for now
