Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everyone! I hav been sick with a stomach ache so i havnt really been eating. But i did lose some weight (from being sick& the gym). I am two inches smaller in the waist and there r these cords my mom bought 4 me 4 xmas this year and they fit sooooooooooooooooooo much better! I am going to try eating a little less like now because my stomach still doesnt feel 100%. here is what i ate today so far, and please remember i am a little sick, but not really.... Breakfast: Small banana Lunch: half sndwich without most of the bread, apiece of french bagguette, and a bowl of soup. I went to the gym and did a step class with abs and I almost died! Its a butt kicker! Anyways, how do u think that was??? PLEASE RESPOND!!
