If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Devin, Age 12 Ht. 5'1", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Well, in the past 4 years maybe..I've probably gained about 50 lbs. I really want to be looking healthy..i don't have to be really skinny...I just want to look healthy enough to go in a bikini this summer. I'm trying out for track at my school. I can run a lot even if I am overweight, since I play soccer, so i could do everything...How much weight do you think i'll loose by the summer if I'm doing soccer 5 hours a week, and track 10 hours a week, since it's probably 2 hours after school? And eating a little bit healthy, of course.... |
