Ht. 5'0", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok well today for breakfest i had a quessadilla i knwo bad...then for lunch i had pizza i knwo bad!! then when i got home for dinner all i had was saltine crackers... i know a lot of salt... but in p.e we ran a mile!!!so i guess that's good oh and i found out today if you jump rope for 30 minutes straight you burn 399 calories so i'm ganna jump rope for 1 hour everyday starting tomrrow! because i really want to reach my goal! my mom also is helping me she won't let me buy in junk food if i do she puts a guilt trip on me! well i hope everyone get's there goal!
