Message Replying To From Cher, Age 11 Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 115 lb - today i kinda ruined my diet but i got my period and i'm in a really bad mood. i decided that every thursday is my "free" day where i can eat up to 2000 calories.(i usually eat 1000, but if i'm not hungry, i eat as low as 200)so tomorrow is a more strict day. do u think its a good idea? (i also get a lot of exercise and my metabolism is always pretty high cuz i jump around all the time.) |
