Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi! I am not doing very well today. Breakfast: bowl of Honey Bunches Of Oats w/ 1% milk Lunch/snack: Artichoke Jalapeno dip, 2 hot dogs, grapes, Diet coke. It is only 2:00 now so I don't know about the rest of the day. I am probably gonna go to the gym this afternoon with my mom and then have some dinner. Do you think I did okay? I am not too worried about it though. I think I might have a little ineapple soon but I do not know for sure.
