Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Well, even though i PIGGED out yesterday im pretty proud of myself. I woke up and had a granola bar (100) then my moms started cooking for my family, i smelled the bacon, sausage and biscouts cooking. i was about to do what i always do and say OH I'll just start tomorrow. But instead, I went to the hollister website and looked at this skirt, top and sweater that i am dying to buy as soon as i look good enough. And i realized putting my diet off another day is doing nothing but putting me down and steering me away from my goal. I can proudly say I didnt touch the fatty foods my mom cooked , and just snacked on a bit of granola because i couldnt sit at the table and eat nothing (its a rule at my house we all have to sit and eat together) So i've consumed about 200 calories so far. In about two or three hours im going to make a salad for myself. For dinner maybe I'll make some low cal soup ! =) Im just really proud, I usually gorge and consume like 7 bi scouts, three sausage and juice. good luck to everyone else!
