Message Replying To From ashlie, Age 13 Ht. 5'0", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hi ive always been overweight and i really want to lose 40 pounds.i started gaining weight in middle school.they have pizza,chiniese food,hot cheetoes pretzels and brownies and a big cookies.i eat pissa and pretzels every day.i dont get it i am really good in PE but just push-ups and sit upsor curlups get me . I have a ab lounge at home but i dont really use it.what should i do to loose weight oh just saying i am going to start swim club in the summer hope that works. |
