Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I did okay today, I hope. Woke up late again , had a salad with lean chicken in it and one cube of cheese for lunch. Dinner I'm going to have chicken broth. I stop eating at 6pm so only three hours left. i'm going to do some crunches, pushups, high kicks, and jogging now for hopefully an hour. American idol is on tonight so theres goes another hour =) I know i wont eat after six because my mom gets home and she makes sure i stay on the diet. I hope everyones doing well
