Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok.I had plain oatmeal and a teeny bit of special K for breakfast. Then I forgot lunch so I had a pear and a muffin. Then in cooking we made cinnimon sugar buscits and I got half, ate then all ecept half of one.came home, had my lunch that I forgot shhrimp and veggies in HP sauce, a little too much in my opinion.
