Ht. 5'0", Start: 146 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Im not exactly thrilled about sharing my weight to the world but I think its for my own good....I would like to loose weight because I am going into the Middle school next year as a 6th grader and wanted to loose weight. I know what I should eat I have tried cutting down portions and planning meals but I never have time to exercise or nobody will exercise with me. My brother also used to be overweight but lost like 60 pounds and is now on a football team. My mom always says to ride my bike or she will walk with me but never does so I don't want to walk around by myself (yes I know sad) but then all my friends are a good weight except me. I take horseback riding every Saturday which is great exercise (like the new exercise machine that stimulates horseback riding but isnt like the real thing sadly is the IGallop) and definetly works your abs but I need more than once a week of exercise. The only other exercise I get is from somtimes playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) Things have also been hard because my dad broke him hip and stuff so I visit him every day for like more than 5 hours at a time. So if anyone would give me tips I appreciate it! Allison
