Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! I wanted to post some great snacks to keep on hand. SOOOO here it goes! (BTW be sure to eat the serving size or less!) Beef/turkey jerky, soy nuts, light string cheese, grapes, cherries, apples, baby carrots, ants on a log, sugar free chocolates (only one at a time!), nuts of some sort, baked chips, pretzels, and light/ shaved turkey, as well as propel fitness water, water, light lemonaide (supresses appetite), and possibly, diet soda to drink. I hope this help you out! And don't forget you can eat something like chips, but its all about moderation!!! Peace and Love, Lindsey
