Ht. 5'3", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - 12 is the oldest age here, and 14 is the youngest age on the teens board, ah well. So I want - and need - to lose weight, I'm bullied for it every day, I'm called fat of course, fatty, whale, and crude remarks are sent my way every day. Now, I'm not telling you guys a sob story, the whole point of this was to come here and give you some background information, and that I want to lose just 28 pounds - the equivalent of 2 stone. Just so I can get to 10 stone, my comfortable weight. I've started going to the gym twice a week because I'm busy every other day, but so far I've not noticed anything, probably because I keep eating sweet foods...help?
