If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Holly, Age 12 Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Just got a 40 minute Zumba workout! I've been at 185 for four weeks now! The number on the scale just won't budge, what do I do? I've been set way back on my schedule for when I want to be 145, and I just don't know what to do. Please help. |
