Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 13 Ht. 5'2", Start: 105 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I want to lose weight really badly. I hate being fat, and wish I could go back to a size 0 or 2. I have a pair shaped body, meaning I carry my weight in my stomach and thighs. If I were to jump rope for 30 minutes 4 times a week and eat healthy, how much weight could I lose in a month? Also does anyone have a good meal plan I can use? |
