Ht. 5'5", Start: 161 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! So, I have a few tips for you that really work! Right after you wake up and you're still in bed do 10 crunches, then the next day and 1 more keep doing that until you're up to 100. Yoga is a great toner (plus it makes you taller :). Every week that you stay on your plan reward yourself with anything but food for me it's a long bike ride, a trip to the zoo, or a facial. If you're unhappy that school is starting, think that it helps you loose weight. For me, we have to run to get to classes on time, I walk home, I drink more water, and you don't have time to stuff your face. I have a shirt and skirt that is my goal. That when i can fit into them perfectly I can quit.
