Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I've been eating only 1,000 calories a day and exercising (biking, jogging, swimming) 3 to six miles a day but have stayed at my same weight for the whole summer. I am eating no junk food and having lots of water and salads. Why am I not losing weight?
