Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hi it's me again, I have just lost another pound and I am proud of it! I just wanted to know if anybody had an idea about how I can lose more than 1 pound per week, because it isn't going by too fast.... It's going a bit slow. Anyways I would appreciate the help! Thanks!
