If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. I just want to let you know that anything is possible once yo really put your mind to it. like good grades, for example. First, you say, oh, i'll do my project later. then you think how good it'll feel to get an A+ and more A+'s just for handing in your project on time and doing a goodjob. it's the same with weight loss. i'd say: oh, well i guessi can start eating healthy tomorrow, or omething, or :i'll just grow out of it. Then i thjought about it. if i got my grades high, i could do the same with weight. so the next time you are discouraged, say, wow, imagine how good i'll look if i stop putting off this excersize plan, ans start getting active. i did just that. and you can too. so what if it's hard the first time around. isn't it always? but in time, if you just keep trying, you can lose weight in a healthy weight. just keep saying i can.... i can.... |
