Hello my name is Bethany, I have been overweight since I was was 6 years old. It started when I joined school, I started hearing about this wonderful stuff called chocolate and Mcdonalds which my Friends had told me about....I loved the stuff, I was never really into it as my parents had never taken me and didn't get me many sweets, only when i was 'a very good girl'. But I ate too many of theese when I went to school, there were shops on my way home from school which I would drop into and buy a bar of chocolate or some gummy sweets as i had had a 'hard day' at school amd had 'been good' all day. I don't want to blame my parents,but they are partly to blame. My dad used to take me to mcdonalds every sunday, as we lliked to collect the toys from happy meals. But hen i got fed up with them I mooved onto Extra value meals...loaded with even moore calories. I didn't really notice that I was putting on weight untill we got our class photos back..I was biggerthan all the girls in my class...and the boys.....\i felt sick looking at it,so I'd eat,and eat, to make me fell better. Now I hate the way I look even more. I am surrounded by size 10s all my frienda are sizes 8,10,12,14 then theres me size 20 (uk) and MUCH taller than all of them.....I need your help guys...I weigh a HUGE 220-25 lbs (give or take a few) and am 5ft6...I KNOW I could look FANTASTIC of I los 60-70lbs. I KNOW I can do It with the Help from u guys, I want to feel good and not be the 'fat girl' in form 8.4. I want to get rid of my ovsessive puppy fat! Help me!-PSI just looked down at my stomach just now and now I'm crying i'm REALLY upset by the way i look
