Hi all! This is a really great site because it helps you all the time. I get teased at school A LOT about my weight. But I'm starting a new program - I started it 2 days ago. Instead of cheese and chocolate spread, I usually grab an apple for a snack. I'm eating in less quantities but sometimes I really go out of control. Increasing my water intake, and doing much more exercise. I know that it takes some time but you're all doing great! Anyone want to be an online weightloss buddy or have any helpful tips then please reply! Thanks!
