ok people, as well as being RAW, im also gonna totaly limit my caloire intake to 1400-1600 cal perday. i think im not going to stay 100%raw, but 50% so i can get more carbs and such from cooked breads.i think my day might look like thisb: fresh fruit salad, with seasoning and raw wheat germs: fresh apple, slicedl:salad with tomatoes and dried pita bread chipss:"raw" bread(dehdrated of couse) with homemade hummus and some cashewsd:veggie rolls with fresh peanut sauce and soaked wild riced:
