Hi I am 12, and currently weigh 137 pounds. About a month and a half ago, I weighed 154. I felt miserable in the inside, and outside, even though i had friends, and was very outgoing, but at home, i would just cry. SO I went on the internet,and found a relativly easy diet. The South Beach Diet. It is based on a low carb diet, but it is less strict. in two weeks you loose 7-12 pounds. Its awesome. Everynody notices a difference. I am on my way to reaching my goal of 125 pounds by summer. I hope all of you who want to loose weight try this.
