hey im 12 and weigh 155 pounds . all of my other friends are so small . i want to be like them so bad! tuesdays and thursday i run with my friend for 30 minutes and my soccer season is about to start back up but no matter wat i do it seems that im gaining instead of losing i have a goal to atleast be back down 2 120-125 but ive tired dieting and that sucked it didnt work at all so if any body has any suggestions i would like 2 hear from u thanks bye
